Cost Sharing Co-op Benefits

12. Global Providers – Providers anywhere in the world can be included in our co-op when they meet the health plan criteria here.
13. Simple Payments - Conventional providers amount due is settled and paid 30-45 days later. Natural medicine is paid by the co-op at the billed amount as long as it meets our criteria:
a. Natural treatment for diagnosis by MD, DO, ND, Chiropractor, etc.
b. Natural treatment is less invasive than conventional for the diagnosed condition.
c. Natural treatment costs less than conventional
d. Natural treatment prevents more costly conventional treatment
e. Natural treatment must be co-op pre-approved
f. Member must agree to adjusted procedure if a lower cost option is available
Each healthcare cost is is paid by the co-op of choice after you meet the annual outof pocket or unshared amount.
