Providers Must Complete 2-Step Process

 

Step 1.  Provider Registration 

Please complete the Provider Registration on the right for inclusion in our Network Provider database for free marketing to co-op members.

 

Step 2. Merchant Account

Enroll in our merchant account through our partners at TransFirst who will contact within 2 business days to be listed as a network provider and to receive the 24-48 hr reimbursement when released. 

 

Steps 1 & 2 must be complete to be listed as a GreenSurance Network Provider.
