This website represents a cooperative association, GreenSurance herein referred to as the 'Company' the following outlines terms, conditions and notices herein. The Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices as to operations. GreenSurance membership is a nonprofit buying co-op whose guidelines apply to all members without exception and nothing in our membership donation guarantees inclusion to the cost sharing communities. 

 

Enrollment Refunds

 

GreenSurance is a fiscally sponsored nonprofit and issues no refunds on member donations.

 

Confidential Information 

 

At no time is contact information of our members sold. All contact information is kept confidential and is not shared with parties outside the nonprofit coalition.

 

Personal and Noncommercial Use Limitation

 

Unless otherwise specified on this site or in a written contact between you and the Company or it's coalition, the website many not be copied or modified without our consent. Permission may be granted to link this site by providing an url to share content (ShareThis, Twitter, RSS) so long as such linking does not otherwise violate any terms herein and does not defame or negatively reflect on the the site or the Company. You may not frame, embed, skin, etc. any content on this site on another non-Company website, and all linking must be pre-approved.

Permission is granted to download, email or print as necessary text and documents from the Member section for the exclusive purpose of obtaining service from the Company and no permission is granted to reproduce any portion of this site to compete or in any form to promote another website other than one owned by the Company.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the State of Hawaii or as the parties mutually agree. In all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Company website, use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not comply with these terms and conditions. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the Company, and this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this Agreement is in conflict with governmental court and law enforcement requests or requirements. Your use of the Company website or information is to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable laws that set forth the above, as this provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
